Chipola Indians Take Series With Explosive Offensive Performances
The Chipola Indians put together an impressive four-game series against Pensacola State, winning three of four contests behind consistent offense, timely hitting, and strong pitching performances. Across the series, Chipola showcased depth throughout the lineup and resilience in high-pressure moments.
Chipola opened the series with a dominant 9-1 victory, fueled by an early surge at the plate. Kane Moye set the tone with an RBI double, while Michal Sindelka added another run in the opening frame. In the series finale, Chipola came up just short in an 11-9 loss despite another strong offensive showing. The Indians launched three home runs early, courtesy of Garrett Harper, Peryn Bland, and Nick Croce, to take control of the game. Harper led the team with three hits, while Moye and Gonzalez also recorded multiple-hit performances. Despite turning four double plays defensively, Chipola could not hold off a late Pensacola State rally.
