After a two-week holiday break, the Indians beat Coast Alabama North 106-69 in this afternoon's contest in Panama City.
Keishawn Brewton led Chipola with 26 points. Cheikh Faye scored 19 points, Daniel Oladapo had 16 points, and Bitumba Baruti added in 12 points.
Overall, Coach Brendan Foley was happy with the outing.
"Coming off a two week break I thought we did some good things," he said. "We shot the ball very well and had a balanced attack."
Foley went on to say his squad still has areas to work on as they gear up for Panhandle Conference play.
"I was pleased with our effort, but we must continue to improve as we get closer to conference play."
The Indians move to 15-1 on the season and are back in action in Panama City tomorrow at noon vs. Gordon State College.
