Indians Lose Game 2 to Miami Dade, 7-2

The Chipola Indians (7-2) watched the game slip away early and couldn't recover in a 7-2 loss to Miami Dade on Saturday. 

Miami Dade took an early lead in the second inning. Miami Dade scored one run when Ronny Penalto homered with two outs in the second inning.

Parker Warren (1-1) took the loss. He went two and two-thirds innings, allowing three runs, four hits, striking out three, and walking one.

Home runs for Miami Dade came when Penalto homered in the second inning and Christian Garabedian homered in the third inning.

Jose Caballero led Chipola with two hits in two at bats. He homered in the fifth.
